Our Goals
2023-27 Strategic Goals
Our 2023-27 strategic plan is driven by best practices and institutional data that support student retention and persistence. We're using a collaborative and bottom-up approach to capture a wide range of perspectives and expertise to define our long-term objectives.
Goal 1
Promote and enrich access to academic and co-curricular opportunities including, but not limited to, global experiences, research engagements, community-engaged learning, and internships, to empower students in self-discovery and problem solving to address national and international challenges.
Goal 2
Advance foundational principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism (DEIA) to create an educational environment that embraces differences, develops curiosity, and ensures a vibrant and equitable community of learners.
Goal 3
Foster a culture of wellness (physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual occupational, academic, environmental, financial, and social) that enables students to learn, be joyful, and find balance in themselves and their communities.
Goal 4
Support students in becoming transformational leaders beyond graduation by expanding their networks and equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and values that catalyze positive societal change and innovation.
Goal 5
Cultivate a culture of continuous evaluation and data-driven decision-making to enrich education and institutional effectiveness and communicate value to the campus community.

Commit to the continuous growth and development of our staff by providing comprehensive professional development opportunities and resources to enhance their skills, knowledge, and effectiveness while creating a thriving workplace community that embraces education.
