Financial Edge
Financial Edge is the accounting software used by the College to record all financial transactions.
Faculty and staff may be granted access directly to Financial Edge or Financial Edge data via BIONIC reports by requesting a user account. Account holders are then able to retrieve summary departmental and project budget reports, to query detailed transaction-level data, and to create journal entries.
Financial Edge individual training is provided at the time a new user account is created by one of the Finance staff members. If you already have a Financial Edge account and would like to request additional training please email Tijana Stefanovic in the Controller's Office at tstefano@brynmawr.edu.
For the convenience of colleagues who use BiONiC more frequently than Financial Edge, financial data is copied to BiONiC each evening and can be accessed through reports generated in BiONiC. Read more about BiONiC budget reports.
