Batten House

330 N. Roberts Rd. Donated to the College in 1959 by the family of Jane Batten ’55, this dorm is for students interested in the environment and social justice.


Brecon Hall

320 N. Roberts Rd. Constructed in 1905, this dorm is named for the Welsh county where the original ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳ is located.


Denbigh Hall

800 New Gulph Rd. Opened in 1891, Denbigh was designed by Stewardson & Cope, who introduced the first examples of Collegiate Gothic architecture to the U.S.


Enid Cook '31 Center

815 Yarrow St. Named for Enid Appo Cook ’31, the first African American woman to graduate from ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳, the Center serves as the Black Cultural Center on campus.


Erdman Hall

150 Morris Ave. This dorm and dining hall was designed by architect Louis Kahn and opened in 1965.


Merion Hall

804 New Gulph Rd. This is the College’s oldest dorm, completed in 1885. Merion Green serves as the venue for Reunion, May Day, and Commencement.


New Dorm Hall

815 Yarrow St. Originally constructed in 1969 and renovated in 2015, the building houses a residence and dining hall.


Pembroke Hall East

220 N. Merion Ave. This dorm was built in 1894 and renovated in 1989. Many rooms still contain the original fireplaces and window seats.


Pembroke Hall West

218 N. Merion Ave. This dorm was built in 1894 and renovated in 1982. Many rooms still contain the original fireplaces and window seats.


Radnor Hall

820 New Gulph Rd. Completed in 1887, Radnor was ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳’s first dormitory designed by Cope & Stewardson.


Rhoads Hall North and South

210 N. Merion Ave. Named after James E. Rhoads, the College’s first president, these dorms were built in 1937.


Rockefeller Hall

200 N. Merion Ave. Completed in 1904, this dorm was a gift from John D. Rockefeller
