Primary College Logo
Our primary college logo combines both the college's seal and our wordmark. The addition of the seal adds distinction from our peer group of institutions, as well as underscoring the legacy of academic excellence ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳ is known for around the world. The full logo should be used as often as appropriate, but there will be times when just the seal or wordmark should be used on their own, depending on size and space limitations. Please consult with the Communications Office if you are unsure which version to use.
College Wordmark
Our wordmark is a modified version of the typeface Carter Sans. It is a humanist sans whose letterforms look almost as if they were chiseled into stone. This aesthetic style captures the historical look and feel of the many Gothic buildings on ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳'s campus. Our custom modifications, such as the softened slope of the leg of the letter R, balance this historicity and bring the mark into a more modern era, while still retaining its timelessness.

- The wordmark should never be recreated manually or rearranged into other configurations.
- Carter Sans should not be used in any circumstances, for anything, without written approval from the Office of Communications.
Clear Space
Defining the Safe Area
Safe area refers to the clear space required surrounding the logo. The safe area for our logo is measured using the height of the 'B' in Bryn. Using this system, the safe area distance will always scale with the logo. This ensure proper breathing room for our logo, wordmark, or seal.
Color Variations
The ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳ logo has four color formats: One Color White, One Color Navy, Two Color Navy, and Two Color Lantern's Glow. If you have any additional one-color needs, contact College Communications.
