Biography
Values/Strengths
- Ideation - I brainstorm with students for solutions, with colleagues in meetings, and with my kids to find interesting activities. I find brainstorming to be a great way to come up with choices that can feel empowering.
- Communication - I enjoy getting an idea across, especially in an analogy in conversation or presentation.
- Arranger - Working part-time and managing three young kids, I love to create some order when a lot is concurrently going on. Calendars are my friend.
- Relator - I value character more than a title and value trust in a work environment. Genuine is an important word for me.
- Responsibility - I value dependability and follow-through. I am ethical and have high standards; I think that fits into ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳ well and definitely plays into my parenting.
- My job during college was babysitting/Panera/Summer Lifeguard/Counselor.
- Things I enjoy outside of work are nature and travel.
- The causes I am passionate about are public libraries and breastfeeding.
- My first job after college was a Program Assistant at Philadelphia Futures.
