Biography
Cora Mukerji (B.A. Yale University, 2011; M.A. Harvard University, 2015; Ph.D. Harvard University, 2020) is a clinical scientist. Her research focuses on understanding how biological, psychological, and environmental factors interact to shape mental health and social development. Using neurobiological and behavioral methods, her lab studies how early life experiences and brain plasticity impact the way children process information and regulate their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in response. Through identifying targets for change at the level of the individual, family, and society, her lab hopes to inform development of clinical interventions and public policy aimed at supporting children’s mental health and well-being.
