Open Enrollment 2024-25

Open Enrollment for the Nov. 1, 2024, to Oct. 31, 2025, plan year runs from September 9th through the 27th. Eligible employees can change their medical, dental, and life insurance elections during this time.  and then print and complete any needed carrier change forms from this page.

• New medical cards will be issued for the upcoming plan year and will arrive in late October. The cards will contain new member and group numbers. You must present your new medical card to your doctor and pharmacy for any visits or prescriptions after November 1, 2024.
