Dining Services is hosting a celebratory dinner for Earth Day. Come enjoy good food outside Erdman! On-campus groups such as Sunrise and the Sustainability Leadership Group will also be tabling.

Dinner

  • Arugula with Roasted Yellow Beets, Red Onion, Grape Tomatoes, Pickled Carrot and Goat Cheese
