Douglass Day Transcribe-a-thon
Join us for the Third-Annual Transcibe-a-thon in Celebration of Douglass Day! Organized by The Colored Conventions Project Team in celebration of Frederick Douglass's birthday.
For the second year, ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳ will participate and host this event on Tuesday, Feb. 14 in Canaday 315 from 12-3 p.m. in person and via Zoom. Feel free to drop in for a few minutes or for the event's entirety.
There will be light refreshments and baked goods from Sweet T's, a Black-owned bakery in Reading Terminal Market. We will also give out special prizes to those who register and participate in the event while supplies last.
Laptops are recommended to join and participate in this event, but desktops will be available for use in person.

The student group Sisterhood* works with the ECC in taking the lead on much of ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳'s Black History Month programming. Many departments and offices contribute to and support the month's programming including Alumnae/i Relations and Development, Africana Studies, The Career and Civic Engagement Center, College Communications, Dining Services, LITS, the President's Office, the Pensby Center, and more.
