The Teaching on Innovation in the Liberal Arts Committee is hiring up to two assistants to assemble a literature review. The assistant(s) will be responsible for 1) finding scholarly literature on how innovative skills are taught (e.g., creativity, risk-taking, growth mindset, etc.) and on how innovative educational cultures are developed, 2) providing a curated, lightly-annotated bibliography for the committee. Work will be conducted asynchronously and remotely from now through early-Spring semester. Work over the holidays is a possibility for assistants who would like to (though not a requirement). You can set your own hours & work from anywhere with an internet connection. Estimated to include 3-5 weeks of work (estimated 5-7 hours per week). In application, please include: Name; year; major or department; experience with assembling literature review; interests in pedagogy or innovation, or other relevant background; and approximate available hours per week from now until February. Email application to scull@brynmawr.edu. Applications due Friday by noon.
