Independence Blue Cross (IBX) Medical Card Information

Effective 11/1/2024, IBX issued new cards to all ������̳ employees and dependents enrolled in one of the medical plans. Hard copies were mailed to employees' home addresses, but card information can also be obtained online. Additionally, members can contact IBX by phone to obtain member information. 1-800-275-2583

• Visit and select “Log In”
• Enter your username and password. If this is your first time using the online portal, select “Register” and use your SSN as part of your account creation process.
• Once logged in select “View My ID Cards”
• A new view will open showing your card. You will see options including one to print your card.
